What we keep about you

As little as possible. You can play every game without an account.

Without signing in

The first time you open your friends list or play a game, this browser gets a random player id in a cookie. It holds the nickname you pick, your friend code, your friends and friend requests, invites, rankings and scores, and who you recently played with. It is not linked to who you are. Clearing your cookies loses it.

Signing in with Google (optional)

If you sign in with Google, we store only Google's account id for you (a long number), linked to your player. That lets you open the same player — name, friends, rankings — on any device. We do not receive or store your email address, real name or photo, and we do not keep any Google access tokens. If you played on this device before signing in, that progress is moved into your account.

Sign out from the Friends panel. "Sign out everywhere" ends every device's session. To remove the link to your Google account, revoke "How Many Games?" at myaccount.google.com/permissions and ask us to delete your player.

Other things we count

How many times each game page is viewed and played (no personal data). Games that have online play connect to their own servers while you play. There are no ad trackers.
